Without a diagnosis, it’s a struggle to live and thrive

Operating in a world that fails the neurodivergent can be devastating. Learning and behavior issues worsen, self-esteem plummets and self-destruction sets in, creating problems in school or at work that start to affect every aspect of life.

+ Academic, achievement, and learning issues

Evaluate for learning disorders, intellectual giftedness or a neurocognitive disability. Identify the source of struggles with reading, writing, math or problems with retaining information.

+ Social, emotional, and behavior concerns

Identify anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder or other overlapping behavior issues that affect self-esteem, friendships, mood or family life.

+ Attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity

Determine the root of challenges with controlling behavior, handling frustration, focusing, memory, sitting still or paying attention in class, lectures or in meetings.

+ Autism spectrum

Identify gaps in conversational skills, reading social cues, recognizing other people’s feelings or difficulties with creative, imaginative thinking and playing with others. Determine the source of narrow or restricted interests, rigidity, inflexibility and repetitive behaviors.

Information is power

Evaluating, naming and learning about your unique situation will ensure you find the right support. Understanding a diagnosis allows you to become proactive in making positive changes and effectively advocating for yourself or your child.

Validation is priceless

+ Neuropsychological testing

An in-depth interview and assessment of how you or your child makes sense of the world, relates to others, learns and processes information. Determines how you think and solve problems.

+ Feedback session

Going over test results, explaining the implications of any diagnoses and getting everyone on board for next steps — including your child where developmentally appropriate. Answering questions and discussing long-term planning in a therapeutic and trusting atmosphere.

+ Pathfinding report

A written document that describes you or your child on paper, validates your concerns and gives a clear way forward in a linear fashion. Includes recommendations, key messages and takeaways from the testing.
